Wallet with pockets for filing written matter - is made from sheets of folded thermoplastic welded together

Sheets of written or printed matter are filed in a book with pages which are formed as pockets. A sheet of thermoplastic material has its outer regions (22) folded inwards along parallel lines (20) to form two pockets. The pairs of edges at right angles to the fold lines are then welded together leaving the edge opposite to the fold open to provide access to the pocket. Several sheets are then placed one upon another and welded together along the middle line (12') of the sheets. The welded sheets are then folded to form a book with the pockets on the inner sides of the folded sheets. USE/ADVANTAGE - Filing of printed or written matter. The sheets forming the pockets are welded together in their regions of single thickness to produce a stronger weld.
