The method employs an injection pipe (1) supported by a rotary up-and-down drive mechanism (2) and having at its tip nozzles (3) each comprising a central nozzle (32) and an annular nozzle (33) about the nozzle (32), with an excavating blade (31) attached to the front end. The central nozzle and annular nozzle respectively have separate feed lines passing through a swivel (4). A solidifying agent is injected into the ground to form a solidifying layer (X) into which the injection pipe (1) is positioned in center for the central nozzle to inject water end for the annular nozzel to blast compressed air, while the pipe (1) withdrawing in rotation to draw up earth in water from the central part of the layer (X) to hollow it.
