PURPOSE:To obtain a constant current circuit capable of improving the precision of constant current drive and preventing the increase of the number of IC pins for connecting a resistor for current detection. CONSTITUTION:The title circuit is provided with 4 an IC containing a current feedback amplifier, and a resistor Rs for current detection which is externally connected with the IC and detects a current flowing in a load, and supplies a constant current to the load, by feeding back a current flowing in the resistor for current detection to a current feedback amplifier. A large current bonding pad 21 through which a load current flows and a small signal current bonding pad 22 through which a current detection signal flows are independently arranged in an IC chip 20. Two bonding wires 23, 24 connected with the respective bonding pads are commonly connected with an IC pin 25, and the resistor for current detection is connected with said IC pin 25. |
