PURPOSE:To provide the method preventing the reduction of the dielectric constant epsilon, quality coefficient Q value, and insulation resistance IR value of a capacitor by reducing the sintering temperature of an inductor/capacitor composite component to the sintering temperature 840-890 deg.C of an inductor, and suppressing the oxygen dissociation from TiO2 by the addition of a sintering adjuvant. CONSTITUTION:The combination powder added with CuO 1.5-6.0wt.%, Mn3O4 0.2-20wt.%, NiO 2.0-15wt.%, and ZrO2 0.1-10wt.% to TiO2 serving as a main constituent is inserted at 840-890 deg.C. In this dielectric porcelain composition material, the added ZrO2 is dissolved into TiO2 to stabilize TiO2, thus the oxygen dissociation from TiO2 considered to be caused by a sintering adjuvant can be suppressed, and the dielectric constant epsilon, quality coefficient Q value, and insulation resistance IR value better than those of the conventional one are obtained. |
