PURPOSE:To prevent paper sheets from being jammed when an excessive number of recorded paper sheets are stored in a tray in a non-sort mode. CONSTITUTION:The discharged condition of the recorded paper sheets from the tray are detected from the existence of recorded paper sheets stored in a tray and number of paper sheets to be recorded, and if the number of paper sheets to be recorded exceeds the allowable numer of paper sheets to be stored in the tray, the position of storing paper sheets is changed automatically from a tray to a bin B according to the indication of a controller in a sorter 400. |
