CONSTITUTION:A magnetic fluid sealing means 32 is provided with a magnetic fluid holding means 60 for holding a magnetic fluid and bush member 62 for mounting the means 60 on a hub member 22 and the means 32 is integrally molded with a conductive plate 70 for electrically connecting the means 60 with the member 22. |
