摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To efficiently crush hardly crushable waste plastic materials, such as FRP, by using a rotary diamond wheel densely having diamond particles coarser than specific grain sizes on the outer peripheral surface. CONSTITUTION:The diamond wheel 8 formed by bonding the diamond of the grain sizes coarser than 270 mesh to the outer peripheral surface of a base metal is rotated by a motor 4. For example, the waste materials, such as FRP, on a waste material imposing base 14 are pressed to the outer peripheral surface of the wheel 8 by a pressing means 17 mounted at the top end of an air cylinder 16 and are thereby crushed. The crushing takes too much time and is not effective if the grain sizes of the diamond are finer than 270 mesh.</p>
