PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture a surface packaging dielectric filter. CONSTITUTION:A terminal frame 40 is prepared, in which input/output terminals 22, 23 and a lower case 26 having an earth terminal 30 are arranged on the same plane and they are integrated with a read frame 41. A filter main body is fixed onto the lower case 26 and the input output terminals 22, 23 and the input/output section of the filter main body is fixed and the input/output terminals 22, 23 and the lower case 26 are disconnected from the read frame 41. The input/output terminals 22, 23 and the lower case 26 are arranged on the same plane in the surface packaging dielectric filter obtained in such a manner. |
