PURPOSE:To provide a thermal transfer recording medium for clothing, which has excellent transfer properties and a transfer picture of which permits dry cleaning and washing by water. CONSTITUTION:An ink layer mainly comprising a colorant and a resin binding agent is formed onto a supporter in a thermal transfer sheet for clothing, and at least one kind substantially selected from polyvinyl butyral resin, etc., is used as the resin binding agent in the sheet. A thermal transfer recording medium for clothing is composed of the combination of said thermal transfer sheet and a body to be transferred, in which at least one kind selected from polyvinyl butyral resin, etc., is formed onto the supporter as an acceptor layer. |
