The electric boiler includes an airtight heat-conduction chamber (2) including heater (1), the first pressure chamber (3) formed with small holes (3a) at the lower part, the second pressure chamber (5) connecting to a heating water revocery pipe (4) equipped with a check valve (4a) and housing the chamber (3), a transit pipe (6) connected between the heating water supply pipe (7) and the upper part of the second chamber (5). The conduction chamber (2) having air or vacuum introduces temperature of the heater (1) directly to the first pressure chamber (3).
