PURPOSE: To provide a percutaneous therapeutic system containing a zwitterionic medicine and a method of percutaneously administrating zwitterionic ions. CONSTITUTION: This system is composed of a leather bar containing a salt type zwitterionic drug [particularly an amino acid peptide, a poly peptide and an ACE(angiotensin converting enzyme) inhibitor such as benazeprilat or benzabril] and its solvent, an impermeable layer to the zwitterionic drug contacting with the outside of the bar, an adhesive layer and an exfoliation- protective layer on the adhesive layer.
