PURPOSE:To repeatedly use the system at most without interference when a channel is allocated to a new calling. When transmitting the short-time communication starting signal, the transmission is performed by increasing the transmission power gradually from the minimum to the maximum transmission power level. The opposite station of the communication transmits the communication starting confirmation signal when receiving the signal at the level over a constant level, and the base station or the mobile device receiving the communication starting confirmation signal performs the communication thereafter at the transmission power level at this point. |
