<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the input task burden by selecting an answer form type and copying a registered pattern when a questionnaire form is produced. CONSTITUTION:An editing part 1 stores the editing instructions inputted from the users in a questionnaire form 2 through the editing information 6. When a pattern selecting pert 3 is started in an editing mode, the questionnaire patterns registered in a pattern storage part 4 ere sent to the part 3 as the pattern information 8. The part 3 shows the information 8 on a CRT as a pattern display 11 to a user. The information 8 selected by the user is sent to the part 3 as a selection instruction. Thus the part 3 copies the selected pattern to the form 2 from the part 4 as the information 8 based on the selection instruction. In such a way, the pattern processing of a questionnaire answer is carried out independently of the conventional document processing.</p> |
