<p>The invention relates to a data transmission device, particularly for an x-ray device, having several components which are in each case associated with a data transmission node, the data inputs and outputs of which are coupled to light receivers and, respectively to light transmitters which are connected together to form a ring via optical fibres. In this arrangement, a multiple passage of a light pulse through the ring is prevented by the fact that each node contains means for interrupting the transmission path between its light receiver and its light transmitter and a timing section, controlling the means, which, in transmitting mode of the associated data transmission node, activates these means during a period of time which is greater than the time of circulation of a light pulse in the ring and which begins at the end of a light pulse. <IMAGE></p> |
