PURPOSE: To accurately control the depth of the track groove of the kneepan at a time of the transplantation of an artificial outfit by forming a curved track to a cutting guide having a shape fitted to an excised femur and providing the projection engaged with the track to a cutting tool. CONSTITUTION: Respective parts 12, 14 having a shape fitted to excised femur are provided to a U-shaped cutting guide 10 and respective grooves 20, 21 are carved in the center edge parts of respective end parts 16, 18 to form curved tracks being the moving loci of a cutting device. A cutting edge 34 is formed to the protruding blade part 32 of a manually operated cutting tool 30 in a longitudinal direction. Further, a plurality of projections 40, 42 are provided as the means engaged with the tracks 20, 21. A surgical doctor holds a plurality of handles 36, 38 to reciprocally move the cutting tool 30 along the cutting guide 10 to perform predetermined cutting. By this constitution, for example, when artificial outfit is transplanted, the depth of the track groove in the kneepan is accurately controlled. |
