The rigging comprises, for each mast (3), two upwardly-converging futtocks (5), the lower ends of which are joined to the hull (2) and are pivotable about longitudinal axes (7), and the upper ends of which are joined to a crossbar linking both futtocks for pivoting about longitudinal axes, and to which is attached the mast (3). The lower end of the mast is unsupported by the boat's hull (2), devices being provided for tilting the mast in the longitudinal plane of the boat and for longitudinally and transversally adjusting the mast heel's position relative to the deck. Said rigging may be used in cruising yachts. |
