PURPOSE: To improve linearity of a stripe by deciding the inclination change value of a light source synthesizing a shutter period with the differentiation of a curvature equation with respect to time after the curvature equation in a panel is differentiated with respect to a short side axis. CONSTITUTION: A curvature equation of a panel 1 is differentiated with differentiators 21 and a differentiation function is generated. The value bent by an angle conversion part 22 at an origin point of panel 1 is generated as each X, Y, and Z coordinates and angle conversion values are generated. Moreover, a time function by a period of a shutter 3 is output from a time function part 23 and is synthesized to the angle conversion value, being output. The output value controls a drive of a cam axis by controlling a motor which drives a light source 7. Therefore, it is changed by the inclinationθof the light source 7 by each coordinate. That is, it is changed as the inclination of the light source 7 corresponds to curvatures in the panel, and a uniform quantity of light is exposed over all sections in non-spherical panel. As a result, the linearity of the stripe is improved greatly and a black matrix is formed with a straight line.
