PRODUCTION OF CALCINED POWDER OF STARTING MATERIAL FOR FERRITE

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce high-quality calcined powder giving a molded body for a soft ferrite core which does not crack or hardly cracks during concluding firing. CONSTITUTION:When starting material for ferrite is calcined, average cooling rate within the range from the calcining temp. to 300 deg.C is kept at <=20 deg.C/min. Since a molded body of the resulting calcined powder for a soft ferrite core does not crack or hardly cracks during concluding firing, product yield can be enhanced and significant effects are produced with respect to production cost and productivity.
