PURPOSE:To manufacture piezoelectric actuators at a low cost whose electrodes are wired on the whole element surfaces and which do not self-collapse. CONSTITUTION:Spiral piezoelectric ceramics 12, 14 with electrodes 11, 13 provided on one-side surfaces are bonded spirally so that the electrode forming surface of one ceramic may face the electrode nonforming surface of the other, and besides the ends of the respective spiral piezoelectric ceramics are shifted to each other. |
