PURPOSE:To further increase the Q of a BaO-TiO2-Nd2O3-Sm2O3-Bi2O3 dielectric porcelain compsn. having a prescribed compsn. without considerably affecting the high relative dielectric constant and to effectively reduce the temp. coefft. of resonance frequency. CONSTITUTION:A compsn. represented by a formula xBaO.yTiO2.z[(1-a-b)Nd2 O3.aSm2O3.bBi2O3] (where 0.10<=x<=0.20, 0.60<=y<=0.75, 0.10<=z<=0.25, x+y+z=1, 0<a<=0.30 and 0<b<=0.35) is prepd. and aluminum oxide is further incorporated into the compsn. by <=2.0 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the compsn. to obtain a dielectric porcelain compsn. |
