PURPOSE:To improve the estimating accuracy of the internal temperature of a material which is heated or cooled. CONSTITUTION:The environment temperature of a part close to the surface of a material to be processed is defined as a contact temperature thetas. The value thetas is computed by using the expression (number 1) based on the measured value Td with a surface temperature sensor and the computed value Ts. The internal temperature Tb is computed by the expression (number 2) based on the obtained contact temperature thetas. (number 1): theta3=To(Ts-Td)/(Ts-Ttheta)+theta.(Ts-Td)/ (Ts-To). (number 2): Tb=(To-thetas).func(b.Fe.Bi)+thetas. |
