PURPOSE:To obtain the printed circuit board for high density pattern, while an obtained laminate has small surface-roughness and excellent smoothness. CONSTITUTION:One or a plurality of the glass cloth-prepreg impregnated with epoxyresin are nipped between metallic mirror surface-plates and are heated and pressurized. In said manufacture of a laminate, the gelation of the resin of a prepreg is carried out at at most 120 deg.C in heating and pressurizing process thereof. |
