PURPOSE:To provide a crown at low cost which has a natural color and sufficient strength and which will not adversely affect living bodies by laying a castable outer crown over a castable inner crown via an adhesive layer, the outer and inner crowns both being made of porcelain or resin. CONSTITUTION:A crown comprises a structure wherein a castable outer crown 1 made of porcelain or resin is laid via an adhesive layer 3 over a castable inner crown 2 made of porcelain or resin. Because the castable outer crown 1 has to do with the appearance of the tooth, a material with a natural color is employed as the castable outer crown 1: e.g. hydroxyapatite, alumina compound material and the like. Inorganic materials, for example, feldspar to which sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, calcium carbonate and the like are added as flux is suitable for use as the adhesive layer 3 because it is not influenced by high temperature during shading. |
