PURPOSE:To enable an electronic part mounting equipment with a recognizing function, which mounts an electronic part sucked by a mounting head on a printed board recognizing its form, position, and angle, to recognize an electronic part under a certain environment and to be elongated in light source service life. CONSTITUTION:A mounting head 1 which sucks an electronic part 3, a check device which checks the form, the position, and the angle of the electronic part 3 sucked by the mounting head 1, a mounting section which mounts the electronic part 3 on a printed board, and a defective part unloading section which withdraws a defective part 3 when it is determined basing on the check result by the check device that the part 3 is not mounted are provided. The check device is composed of a light source 9, a light volume detector 10 which detects the quantity of light of the light source 9, a camera 11 which picks up the image of the electronic part 3, and a camera stop controlling section 13, and the camera stop controlling section 13 controls the stop 12 of the camera 11 basing on the output of the light volume detector 10. |
