<p>PURPOSE:To supply a user with liquefied petroleum gas stably and safely at all times by enabling it to sufficiently correspond to even such a case when a sudden malfunction or sensitive defect of a Roots meter has happened, at time of executing delivery control at a factory outlet by means of the Roots meter. CONSTITUTION:When pressure in a line G1 goes down due to the service interruption or sensitive failure of a Roots meter 5, a warning pressure monitoring gauge 12 receiving a pressure signal out of a pressure gauge 10 with a pressure generator at all times operates, lighting an alarm lamp and emitting an alarm. Simultaneously, a signal is transmitted to a twin power driving solenoid valve 7 by a pressure monitoring gauge 11 for a solenoid valve, and this valve 7 is operated, whereby compressed air is fed to a twin power actuator 6, and thereby this twin power actuator 6 is operated. When this twin power actuator 6 is operated, a gate valve 3 is opened, and LP gas vaporized by a vaporizer 2 is supplied by way of a bypass line G3, thus an LP gas quantity is increased.</p> |
