摘要 PURPOSE: To improve abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance in a high temperature by forming manufacturing parts of a gas turbine engine of a nickel- based superalloy base body, aluminum oxide-formed bond coating, and oxidation overcoat deposited on it. CONSTITUTION: In case of execution to a turbine blades as turbine component parts, a nickel-based superalloy base body is used for a base body 10, and metallic aluminum oxide-formed bond coating is deposited on the base body 10. This bond coating is selected from a group of MCrAlY, diffused aluminide, and combination thereof. Oxidation overcoat 40 is deposited on this bond coating 20. This overcoat 40 is selected at least one sort of protective magnesium titanate in a group of MgTiO3 and Mg2 TiO4 . Intermedite overcoat 30 is provided between the layers 20, 40 as necessary.
