PURPOSE:To form the composite plate with sufficient adhesive strength even if the resin with weak adhesive strength is used by regulating the temperature of the synthetic resin-foaming raw material in dropping like a film by the heat source controlled by a computer. CONSTITUTION:The inner parts of the hollow roll 2 made of metal and the stationary hollow roll 3 made of metal are made hollow, and when cooling medium is caused to circulate through said hollow parts by a cooling device 4, and the outer peripheries of the hollow rolls 2, 3 are set at prescribed temperature. The raw material beta such as polyurethane foam deposited on the onter peripheral surface of the hollow roll 2 made of metal is dropped like a film on a base alpha by a scraper 5. The raw material beta in dropping process is heated at such temperature that beet foaming condition is obtained by a heat source 6. The heat source 6 provides the linear, surfacelike or point like traverse radiation, etc., of laser or infrared ray, etc., and the radiated energy is controlled by a computer 7. The computer 7 analizes the uarious data of the temperature of the base alpha and the raw material beta and atmospheric temperature, etc., and controls the heat source 6. |
