PURPOSE:To produce aluminum nitride parts adaptable even to a product of a complex shape and enabling the formation of metallizing films having high adhesive strength. CONSTITUTION:A molded body consisting of aluminum nitride and a sintering aid is sintered and this sintered body is subjected to barrel polishing or blasting. By this barrel polishing or blasting, a grain boundary phase causing the deterioration of the adhesion of a metallizing film can selectively be removed from the surface of the sintered body. |
