PURPOSE:To enhance filling density and a hydrophilic property without using an organic solvent by mixing thermoplastic resin powder with water and a dispersant or further a thickener for preparation of a water dispersing material in a sheet-like form, and evaporating water included in the resultant wet molded sheet with slow application of heat, followed by a sintering process. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefine resin having an average particle diameter of about 60-30mum and a weight average molecular weight of 1X10<5> or more is used as a thermoplastic resin because of its excellent oxidation resistance, heat resistance and electrolyte resistance. A material capable of enhancing a water dispersion property of a resin powder particle and a hydrophilic property of a sintering separator such as an ion surfactant, non-ion surfactant and polyoxyethylenenonylphenylether is used as a dispersant. An adding amount is 0.2 parts by weight or 10% by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of resin powder. As required, viscosity of a water dispersing material is increased, and polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, gelatin or the like is added in order to enhance a sheet molding property, followed by sintering at 150-180 deg.C. |
