PURPOSE:To form a hardened part in a terminal easily and inexpensively by means of a mold structure without applying any antifoamer on a foaming mold by adopting a proper means to positively form a connecting part and a hardening part, where cushioning material is hardened, or the like by means of a partitioning surface and a liquid sump part of the foaming mold. CONSTITUTION:A two or three-wheeler seat S is made up of being mounted with cushioning material K on top of a bottom plate B, while a surface of this cushioning material K is covered with an outer layer material H. The cushioning material K is molded by a foaming mold 10 consisting of both male and female molds 11 and 12. In this case, a hardened connecting part 21 is formed in a terminal of the cushioning material K by means of a projection (partitioning surface) 15 of the female 12. In addition, a hardening part 22 little smaller than the projection 15 is formed there by means of a liquid sump part 17 of the foaming mold 10. Moreover, the hardening part 22 is bent and stuck to the terminal side of the cushioning material K high in cushionability in a part of the connecting part 21, forming the terminal part.
