<p>PURPOSE:To improve a mold separability after molding by heat pressing by a method wherein solutions of calcium chloride and sodium alginate are coated on one surface of a phenol resin immersed material using foaming agent, thereupon melamine decoration layers are laminated. CONSTITUTION:After the phenol resin immersed substrate 1 is dried in a first drying chamber 2, a calcium chloride solution is coated on one surface of the substrate 1 by employing a foaming roll 3 which is fabricated by a foaming body 8 such as urethane foaming body and a rubber foaming body. Thereafter, the substrate is introduced into a sodium alginate tank 6 for the coating of sodium alginate using a roll-coated 4, then, dried in the second drying chamber 5. A melamine resin immersed paper for surface decoration, resin immersed paper for core, and said phenol resin immersed substrate material on the surface of which the calcium alginate film is formed are laminated in said sequence, for heat press forming under the condition of 140 deg.C for 20min at 100kg/cm<2>.</p> |
