The attached piece (10, 32, 38) is fixed into a blind fastening hole (12) of a support (14), particularly one made of composite material, by means of a resin (18), polymerisation and curing of which are obtained by mixing with a catalyst (22). A first glass capsule (16) contains, on the one hand, the liquid resin (18) and, on the other hand, a second glass capsule (20) containing the catalyst (22). The capsules (16, 20) are located at the bottom of the fastening hole (12). By installing the attached piece (10, 32, 38) in the hole (12) the capsules (16, 20) are broken and the catalyst (22) is mixed into the resin (18) in order to cause the latter to cure. <IMAGE>
