PURPOSE:To provide a device to perform automatic decision of the design specification of an elevator. CONSTITUTION:Decision knowledge of a design specification is accumulated as a rule in a knowledge base. In relation to an inputted demand specification, the specification decision rule of the knowledge base is selected by means of an inference engine, decision of the specification is effected to output a deciding result. Thus, decision of the specification of an elevator design heretofore effected by a skill is automatically carried out, resulting in the increase of the efficiency of a specification deciding work. |
