PURPOSE:To attain effective utilization of a transmitter-receiver for a talking channel without use of a transmitter-receiver for a general call at a test call of a function test and to conduct the test even when no idle talking channel is in existence by providing the transmitter-receiver for the talking channel to the electric field strength measurement device. CONSTITUTION:The electric field strength measurement device 30 is provided with a couple of transmitters-receivers 31, 33, and when a controller 40 of a base station conducts the function test of the electric field strength measurement device 30, a radio channel test device 20 makes a test call to confirm the function with a control channel transmitter-receiver 10 and designates a talking channel to form the talking channel with the electric field strength measurement device 30 and not only the electric field strength measurement device 30 receives a radio wave from a test transmitter 21 but also a talking channel transmitter 33 sends a radio wave through a designated talking channel. |
