PURPOSE:To provide the image forming method in which a large number of closed microelectric fields are formed near the surface of a developer carrying body and >=2 stable and uniform toner layers can be laminated on the body, and filming is restrained and images high in density and quality can be obtained for a long period. CONSTITUTION:The large number of the microfine closed electric fields are formed near the surface of the developer carrying body by allowing the surface of the body to selectively hold electric charges and the one component type developer composed of a toner is fed on the body to allow the toner to be held on the microfine closed electric fields. The toner comprises a binder resin, a colorant, and a nitrogen-containing resin as a charge controller, and an electrostatic latent image is made visible image by feeding the toner. |
