PURPOSE: To provide a delta-sigma modulator for digital/analog converter. CONSTITUTION: A digital signal having a plural bits is received by a converter 20. Two bits of these bits, i.e., the most significant bit and a 2nd bit which is neither the most significant bit nor the 2nd upper bit, are tapped (23) from the output, and used as a feedback signal. Then, these two bits are also used to generate an analog output signal. These two bits are attenuated (24) by means of a weighting network, and then added (24) to be the analog output signal.
