<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title ink having excellent storage stability and free from outflow of ink from pen tip even when a pen is allowed to stand while turning the pen tip downward by adding a cation-exchangeable synthetic silicate having a specific smectite structure to a mixture of coloring agent, solvent, etc., at a definite percentage. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous gel ink obtained by adding a cation-exchangeable synthetic silicate expressed by the formula (E is cation-exchangeable ion) and having smectite structure to a mixture consisting of coloring agent which is a dye such as naphthol yellow S and/or pigment, a water soluble organic solvent such as ethylene glycol and/or water at an amount of 0.1-10wt.% and further, as necessary, adding a rustproof agent, preservative, water soluble resin, etc., thereto and blending these components, capable of smoothly writing, having good writing property without becoming blurred and unnecessary to provide a specific structure such as bellow mechanism.</p> |
