PURPOSE:To improve processability even to an object to be processed requiring preheating and to faithfully reproduce a marking pattern. CONSTITUTION:A thick character signal synthesizing circuit 3 applies a signal wherein circular motion having the amplitude corresponding to the line width of a marking pattern and the linear motion along the skeleton of the marking pattern are synthesized, to a galvanometer mirror 7. A region operation circuit 4 judges whether the coordinates data given to the galvanometer 7 is present within the marking pattern. A gate circuit 5 takes the AND of the gate signal from the region operation circuit 4 and the command pulse of laser oscillation to a laser oscillator 6 to output the result to a shutter 8. The shutter 8 performs opening and closing operation according to the signal from the gate circuit 5. |
