<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the manhour for connecting the electrode films of a thin film thermistor element with plate type metal lead wires. CONSTITUTION:A thin film thermistor element is constituted of the following; an alumina substrate 1, a pair of through holes 8, 8' formed in the substrate 1, a pair of conductive members 9, 9' which electrically connect the rear of the substrate 1 with the surface and are arranged so as to penetrate the through holes 8, 8', a pair of electrode films 3, 3' arranged on the substrate 1 surface so as to include the through holes, and a temperature sensitive resistor film 2. On the other hand, an insulating retainer 10 provided with retainer electrode films 12, 12' pinched by a pair of plate type metal lead wires 13, 13' are prepared. On the rear of the substrate 1 of the thin film thermistor element, a pair of the conductive members 9, 9' are connected with the retainer electrode films 12, 12' via conductive fixing members 14, 14' for substrate connection. By this constitution, the electrode films of the thin film thermistor element can be connected with the plate type metal lead wires without a welding process, and manhour can be reduced.</p> |
