<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the manhour for connecting the electrode films of a thin film thermistor element with outer lead wires. CONSTITUTION:A thin film thermistor element is constituted of the following; an alumina substrate 1, a pair of through holes 8, 8' formed in the substrate 1, a pair of conductive members 9, 9' which electrically connect the rear of the substrate 1 with the surface and are arranged so as to penetrate the through holes 8, 8', a pair of electrode films 3, 3' arranged on the substrate 1 surface so as to include the through holes, and a temperature sensitive resistor film. On the other hand, a pair of outer lead wires 10, 10' provided with a pair of recessed parts 12, 12' are prepared, and the thin film thermistor element is accommodated in the recessed parts 12, 12'. On the rear of the substrate 1, a pair of the conductive members 9, 9' are connected with a pair of the outer lead wires 10, 10' via a pair of adhesive conductive sintered bodies 12, 12'. By this constitution, the manhour for connecting the electrode films of the thin film thermistor element with the outer lead wires can be reduced.</p> |
