The reinforced soil is produced by mixing 85-92 wt.% of sand, 8-15 wt.% of organic fertilizer, 0.1-0.3 wt.% of filament and a prescribed amount of water. Specifically, the said organic fertilizer is a fertilizer containing a peat and the said filament is polyester. The reinforced soil is suitable in growing ornamental palnts and flowers, and also is used for repair works of a land slide or a sloped earth.
