<p>PURPOSE:To improve the warping and bends and to improve machining accuracy of the unmagnified image element by molding a long-length housing through consecutive integral molding of the same sectional plane and making the U-shaped sectional plane form. CONSTITUTION:A housing 6 is prepared in an extrusion molding method by using the sectional plane metallic mold shown in the figure. The U-shaped molding form opening only one sectional plane is employed. Thus, the location in the direction of the optical axis ahead of a lens array 1 is decided and rids equipped with press function can be integrated. Thus, the working deformations such as the warping and bends are reduced, the dimensional accuracy is improved, and the high-quality picture is formed in the longitudinal direction of the image formation element.</p> |
