PURPOSE:To realize supply of a large current and to make the circuit small while ensuring a broad band characteristic of a microstrip line. CONSTITUTION:A microstrip line 13 of a 1st dielectric board 11 and a low impedance line 14 of a 2nd dielectric board 12 are arranged opposite to each other and the microstrip line 13 and the low impedance line 14 are connected through a conductor 15 to decrease the coupling of the conductor 15 with the microstrip line 13 and to reduce its current density. |
