<p>Device for separating particles contained in a liquid to be treated, comprising a cylindrical enclosure (1), provided with injection means (15) capable of creating therein a forced swirl flow, the enclosure (1) including, at its base, an annular channel (26), a flow diverter and a retention chamber (17), the flow deflector generating a central ascending swirl flow of treated fluid, and comprising in its upermost portion an axial outlet tube (9) for discharging the axial column of treated fluid outside of the enclosure (1). The device is characterized in that the flow diverter includes at least one plane central section and means for adjusting its longitudinal position in order to alter and adjust the annular channel passage cross section (26). The device is also characterized in that the axial outlet tube is downwardly extended by a flow adjusting element (10) so as to create a flow of annular section.</p> |
