The water pumping system discharges the thread by spraying water compressed by air pressure, so that a high speed weaving can be realized and a coil spring can be prevented from breaking down, the pumping system comprises a conical rod (111) moving up/down; a stopper (112) fixed to an upper part of the conical rod (111); the coil spring (113) arranged between the lower end of the stopper (112) and a pump housing (100a) upper cover (107b); a circular groove (109) formed on the outer face of a piston (108); first/second connectors (102,103) for spraying the water or cutting off water supply by reciprocation of the piston on the inner face of a cylinder (101); a water pump (100) having check valves (104,105) and a water chamber (106).
