PURPOSE:To improve the sliding performance of a piston rod for a long period by preventing the generation of the oil film exhaustion on the slidable surface of a rod seal for the piston rod. CONSTITUTION:Carbon fibers and carbon graphite are mixed in the elastic resin material 22 such as polytetrafluoroethylene as the material for a rod seal 21, and the carbon graphite is constituted from the large particle diameter powder 23 having a particle diameter of 50mum and the small particle diameter powder 24 having a particle diameter of 30mum or less, and unevenness is formed on the inner peripheral surface 21A of the rod seal 21 from each large particle diameter powder body 23, and an oil reservoir 25 is formed between a piston rod 11. |
