<p>The present invention provides the cloning and expression of purified and isolated DNA molecules, obtainable from fungi, which encode enzymes having arabinan-degrading activity. The present invention also provides DNA constructs containing these DNA molecules and methods for their enhanced expression in selected microbial host cells.
