The device includes clip body (2) with hooking jaws (2a,2b) integrally formed to mount the body (2) to body tank (1), clip (2) integrally combining locking lever (3), detachable jaw (4), hinge (5) and guide member (6), and head (11) integrally combining hinge supporting element (8), hinge groove (9), separate preventing element (10).
