The method comprises; mixing (1) polyester compn. made by adding salts, made by boiling, steam-treating of mordenites in a way that ratio between silica and alumina be 33-100, average particle size be 0.5 μm - 2.5 m, washing and heat-treating them under atmospheric condition, (2) pigments to modified thermoplastic polyester whose main repeating unit is ethyleneterephthalate and particle diameter 1-2 mm, and (3) thermoplastic polyester whose main repeating unit is ethyleneterephthalate; melt-spinning; drawing; impregnating or spraying the fiber with finishing liquids of cationic antibacterial agents, durability improvers of modified silicone (I) [R1=R2=R3=CnH2n+1 = 0-10; x,y = 1-15 and fatty acid salts and crosslinkers (II) [R1=R2=CnH2n+1; n = 0-30 .
