The apparatus is for providing a relay line matching device applicable to be connected to ll kinds of switching systems and transmission devices by transmitting/receiving using the subhighway of 2.048 Kbps interface and the internal time switch of a switching system. It includes a PCM Tx/Rx section (21), a loop testing section (22), a control processor matching section (23), a Tx cable matching section (31), a signal data insersting/abstracting section (26), and a slip controller (29).
